to – all while enjoying the
rewards of putting my imagina-
tion to work.”
The rationale behind his
lifestyle choice is a sentiment
being echoed by a lot of talented
new architects and designers.
They are heading to technical
schools and post- secondary
engagements to learn theory and
art, but they are also realising
there is a noble joy in working
with their hands.
The result will be a new
generation of builders who
bridge the gap between labour
and white hats.
It’s a generation that will reap
the rewards of employing both
sides of the Design Build vernac-
ular.
And Prince Edward County is
proud and happy to be attracting
our fair share of them.
